Prepare and submit documents
Prepare documents per the licence class requirements (ID card, photos, lower-secondary diploma or above, health certificate). Submit at the school office.
Study theory & practice
Complete the theory program (90 hours) and course + road practice per Ministry of Transport regulations.
Take the licensing exam
Sit the licensing exam organized by the Dak Lak Department of Transport. Passing means an official driving licence is issued.
